From IT Trainer to Soul-Led CEO

In 2002, at just 23, I walked away from my corporate IT trainer job because I knew there had to be more to life than clocking in, clocking out, and living for the weekend. I wanted freedom, creativity, and the space to raise my family, so I started my first business, Blissful Designs, creating handcrafted wedding stationery before Pinterest was even a thing.

With no Instagram and no Facebook ads, I built that business through old-school determination and SEO, taking it to the top of Google. Within three months, I was shipping orders worldwide and fully booked. That spark grew into the first of four six-figure businesses I have built over the past two decades, all while raising three children and refusing to settle for a life that did not light me up.

The Bold Build and the Honest Let-Go

By 2013, with the arrival of my third child, I felt a new calling. I spotted a gap in the UK beauty market and opened Blissful Bodies in 2014. Within a year, I had franchised the business, and by 2015, we had four clinics across the North West.

It was fast, financially successful, and impressive on paper. Yet deep down, I knew I was out of alignment. I had built success through grit and strategy, but what I really craved was soul.

The Soul Shift

That realisation cracked me wide open. I trained as a Reiki Master Teacher, immersed myself in universal laws and energy work, and saw what was missing from so much of the business world. Women were being told to hustle harder, when the real key was aligning their energy, creating offers that felt good, and building businesses that supported their lives.

So I pivoted again, this time into full alignment.

The Wild Card Curveball

In 2017, I took an unexpected turn and co-founded a road surfacing company with my then partner. I had no industry experience, but I applied the same strategies I had used for years and within six months we hit six figures.

It proved I could build businesses anywhere. It also proved I was meant to work with visionary women, not asphalt.

Coming Home

In 2018, I finally followed the pull I had been ignoring and launched Soul Tribe. For the first time, everything clicked.

Through Soul Tribe Media and Clare Harvey Strategy, I now support coaches, healers, and therapists to scale with soul. I help them align their energy, simplify their strategy, and take the tech overwhelm off their plate so they can step into true CEO confidence.

Today

I am a published author of Energy Over Hustle™, a book for entrepreneurs who want to build a business with alignment, freedom, and flow.

I have also launched Soulful Women in Business™, an international franchise of networking meetings for spiritual women entrepreneurs. This community is designed to connect soul-led women across the globe, creating spaces where business growth and spiritual alignment go hand in hand.

I am here for the women who are ready to create impact, grow with ease, and lead from a place that feels good.
