From First Business to Full Alignment

My business journey began in 2002, at the age of 23, when I left my corporate career as an IT trainer to start a family and create more freedom in my life. My first venture, Blissful Designs, was born from a love of creativity — making handcrafted wedding stationery and later styling full wedding venues.

This was before the days of Instagram and Facebook. I built that business the old-school way — mastering SEO and getting us to the top of Google. Within just three months, we were shipping internationally and fully booked.

That was the first of four six-figure businesses I’ve built over the past two decades, all while raising a family and staying fiercely committed to my vision of flexible, fulfilling work.

Building Big, Letting Go, and Starting Again

After the birth of my third child in 2013, I felt a new calling. A chance encounter with an inch loss treatment sparked an idea, and I saw a clear gap in the UK market. By 2014, Blissful Bodies opened its first clinic in Burnley, and within 12 months, I’d franchised the business. By the end of 2015, we had four clinics across the North West.

It was fast, bold, and financially successful. But it wasn’t aligned.

Despite achieving the dream of building a franchise network, I knew deep down the business no longer reflected who I was becoming. I’d built success through strategy and grit — now I wanted to build with soul.

The Soul Shift

That moment of misalignment cracked me wide open. I began diving deep into energy work, becoming a Reiki Master Teacher and embracing universal laws, healing, and a more spiritual way of doing business.

I saw the missing piece: so many women were being taught to hustle harder, when the real power was in aligning their energy and designing a business that actually felt good to run.

And so I pivoted again — this time into full alignment.

A Wild Card… and a Homecoming

In 2017, I took an unexpected detour and co-founded a road surfacing company with my then partner. I had zero industry experience, but applied the same business strategy I’d used for years — and we hit six figures by month six.

But it only confirmed what I already knew: my zone of genius was working with women. Spiritual entrepreneurs. Visionary creators. The ones here to shift the world.

In 2018, I came home to myself and launched Soul Tribe — my most fulfilling business yet.
Through Soul Tribe Media and Clare Harvey Strategy, I support incredible women to align their energy, simplify their strategy, and let me handle the tech that brings it all to life.

Where I Am Now

I work with coaches, healers, and therapists who are already creating impact — and now want to scale with soul. I teach them how to align their energy, create scalable offers, automate their systems, and step into CEO-level confidence (without getting lost in the tech).

I’m also the author of Energy Over Hustle — a guide for entrepreneurs who want to grow their business from a place of alignment, freedom, and flow.
