From
strategy to soul
I began my career in corporate IT, training teams and building systems. At 23, I walked away, not because I lacked ambition, but because I wanted freedom, creativity, and to raise a family & be a present mother.
My first business was a handcrafted wedding stationery brand, built long before social media or ads. Using SEO, clarity of message, and consistency, it grew quickly and shipped worldwide, becoming the first of several six-figure businesses I would go on to build.
Over the years, I’ve launched and scaled multiple ventures across different industries. Some were bold, fast, and commercially successful. Others taught me quieter lessons.
What all of them showed me was this:
strategy works - but only when it’s aligned.
The shift that changed everything
At a certain point, success stopped feeling enough.
I had built businesses through logic and grit, but I could feel something was missing.
That realisation led me into energy work, training as a Reiki Master Teacher and studying the deeper dynamics that shape how businesses grow.
I began to see what so many women were struggling with.
They weren’t failing because they weren’t working hard enough.
They were exhausted because they were building businesses that didn’t fit them.
That’s where my work truly began.
My work today
Today, I support coaches, healers, therapists, and soul-led entrepreneurs to grow visible, trusted businesses, without burnout, pressure, or hustle culture.

I help women move from visibility, to community, to income,
in a way that feels steady, aligned, and human.
Some people come to me for clarity.

I don’t believe in doing more for the sake of it.
I don’t teach pressure, performance, or pretending.
