We begin with a deep dive into your business, not a website briefing.
We'll examine your goals, offers, positioning, ideal customers, customer journey, revenue model, existing technology and future plans.
I'll challenge what needs challenging, identify opportunities and begin shaping the strategic direction of your Build.

Clarity on where the business is going and what needs to change.
WEEK 2
Revenue Ready™ Blueprint
I step away and turn everything we've uncovered into the strategic architecture for your Business Build.
Your Blueprint can include your offer structure, positioning, customer journey, website architecture, messaging direction, creative direction, systems and automation recommendations.
We then meet for your:
90-minute Blueprint Presentation
Nothing moves into implementation until we've agreed the strategy.
Outcome:A clear, approved roadmap for your entire Build.
WEEKS 3–4
Messaging, Copy & Creative Direction
Now we give the strategy a voice and visual identity.
I'll lead the development of your core website messaging and copy while we establish the creative direction for the build.
You'll provide your expertise, stories, existing content, imagery and relevant business information.
I structure and shape it into what we need.
Outcome:
Strategy, website structure, core copy and creative direction ready for implementation.
WEEKS 5–8
Build & Implementation
Now we build.
My team and I move into focused implementation mode, creating your agreed Wix website and connecting the systems identified within your Blueprint.
Depending on your scope, this may include CRM, bookings, payments, forms, lead capture, email journeys, automations, courses, memberships, digital products and analytics.
You'll receive a weekly progress update without unnecessary meetings interrupting the build.
Outcome:
Your new business infrastructure takes shape.
WEEk 9
Review & Refinement
90-minute private walkthrough
We'll walk through the complete Business Build together - from website and mobile experience to customer journeys and agreed systems.
We'll identify one consolidated list of final refinements.
Outcome:
Final approval for launch.

Training, Handover & Go Live
2-hour private training session
I'll take you through the business we've built and show you how to confidently manage the parts you'll use day-to-day.
Your training is recorded for future reference.

Every standard Revenue Ready™ Build includes the strategic consultancy, Blueprint, messaging development, agreed implementation and training required to deliver your project.

An instalment plan simply spreads the agreed investment. Revenue Ready™ Build is one complete consultancy engagement and is not a month-to-month service.
Your payment schedule and project milestones are confirmed within your proposal and agreement before your project begins.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I need my website copy ready before we start?. No. Messaging and core website copy development form part of the Revenue Ready™ process. I'll need your expertise and input, but I'll lead the structure and development of the messaging required for your agreed Build.
Do I need existing branding? No. If you already have branding, we'll assess how well it supports the direction of the business. Brand refinement can form part of the Build. A complete new visual identity, bespoke logo or substantial rebrand can be scoped separately.
Do I have to move to Wix? Revenue Ready™ Build is implemented using Wix because it allows us to connect your website, CRM, marketing, bookings, payments and other business functionality within one ecosystem. If your business has specialist technical requirements that make Wix unsuitable, we'll identify this before your project begins.
How much time will I need to commit? Your main commitment is attending the scheduled sessions, providing the information and assets we request, reviewing recommendations and making timely decisions. You are not expected to spend 10 weeks building your own website, that's what you're hiring us to do.
What happens if I become overwhelmed or fall behind? The process has deliberately been structured into stages so you aren't handed a huge list of tasks at once. I'll tell you what we need, when we need it and help you work through the strategic decisions. However, timely participation is essential. The 10-week delivery timeframe assumes information, feedback and approvals are provided within agreed timescales. Client delays may extend your completion date and incur charges.
Can I request changes during the project? Yes. Defined review and approval stages are built into the process. Your project includes the agreed revision stages detailed in your proposal. New pages, functionality or significant changes to an already-approved direction may require additional scope.
What happens after launch? You'll leave with your completed Business Build, recorded training and Wix Support Hub access. If you require continued hands-on development, optimisation or strategic support, this can be arranged separately.
Is Revenue Ready™ suitable for a new business? Revenue Ready™ is primarily designed for established service-based businesses that already have expertise, offers and evidence of demand but have outgrown their current positioning, website or infrastructure.
